Penn State vs. Michigan Spread Is Moving Towards The Wolverines

The early line for the October 21st Michigan at the Penn State game originally opened as the Nittany Lions being a two touchdown favorite by The South Point Sportsbook in Las Vegas. After less than a week, however, the line now has Penn State as a 9-point favorite.
