Report: Naseir Upshur To Make College Decision In Next Month

Ranked as the No. 4 TE in the 2016 class, it was originally believed that Naseir Upshur would make his college decision at the beginning of August. While Upshur has yet to pick a school, the 6-foot-2, 233-pounder could decide in the next month according to Scout.com’s Brian Dohn,
