Michigan Grad-Transfer DT Target Announces Transfer Destination

Former four-star and Clemson backup DT Xavier Kelly shared that he will be a grad-transfer at Arkansas next year:

Michigan was believed to be interested but has missed out on Kelly and several other grad-transfer DTs.
