Harbaugh Fires Back At NCAA Over New Rule

Jim Harbaugh, while in Baltimore Monday for a camp, had the following to say about the NCAA’s new rule prohibiting coaches from taking pictures with recruits or their families after non-institutional camps.

Jim: "NCAA made a rule yesterday that we're not allowed to take pictures w/ you guys at camps. They're making them up as they go along."
