Maryland landed two of the top transfers on the market in former G-Town center Qudus Wahab and Rhode Island PG Fatts Russell:

Rhode Island transfer Fatts Russell tells ESPN he's committed to Maryland. Averaged 14.7 points and 4.5 assists this season.
