Ed Hochuli after reviewing a play: “I didn’t review it”

Um, what?  If it’s not a reviewable play then why were you under the hood reviewing it?  Is Ed Hochuli trying to do his best impression of the replacement referees?  This was utterly bizarre, especially because the players love Hochuli and he is thought of as one of the best referees in the league.
