You always expect a player to let something slip like this. Between the booze and the excitement, it’s bound to happen. But as it turns out, it was the Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti that dropped the F-Bomb at the LA Kings Stanley Cup Rally. Garcetti capped off his speech with a legendary sentence:
“There are a few rules in politics. They say never, ever be pictured with a drink in your hand. And never swear. But this is a big [expletive] day.”
And then he proceeded to raise a Bud Light. Don’t worry, everyone seemed to love it so I don’t think he has to worry about it hurting a re-election campaign.
