Chicago Blackhawks score 2 goals in 17 seconds to win Stanley Cup

In an absolutely stunning turn of events the Chicago Blackhawks scored two goals in 17 seconds to win the Stanley Cup.  The Blackhawks were down 2-1 when they pulled the goalie.  Jonathan Toews took the puck out of the corner and fed it to Bryan Bickell who tied the game with 1:16 to go.

Then 17 seconds after Bickell’s goal, Dave Bolland found a loose puck in front of the net and buried it into the empty net.  Rask was out of position because Johnny Oduya’s shot was deflected by Michal Frolik.  Bolland got around the defenseman to get to the puck and put it into the back of the net.  Bolland was so excited that he dropped his stick and threw off his gloves, almost as if it was an overtime winner.  This was essentially the Boston-Toronto Game 7 in Round 1, but in reverse for the Bruins.  Just a truly amazing game.
