Warren Sapp Apparently Stiffs Waitress On Her Tip

According to Warren Sapp, “boys don’t tip” but it’s probably just because Sapp is broke. The reason, as Sapp said on Twitter, was because the waitress kept calling him and his friends ‘boys’.
