CJ Stroud at one time was the expected No. 1 pick to the Panthers. However, the former Ohio State QB could see himself dropping a bit. Stroud reportedly scored an 18% on the NFL cognitive test:

Stroud’s score was the lowest of all reported scores from this year’s QB draft class.
