Chargers Have Next Offensive Coordinator Under Jim Harbaugh

Jim Harbaugh is expected to name his former 49ers OC Greg Roman to be the Chargers new offensive play-caller:

Harbaugh is bringing in Jesse Minter to head the defense while it is expected that Jay Harbaugh will be on the staff as well and Ben Herbert is taking over Strength and Conditioning.

It still seems up in the air regarding any other Michigan staff members possibly looking to the NFL (Elston, etc).
