Calvin Johnson broke Jerry Rice’s NFL record of 1,848 yards receiving in a season on Saturday against the Atlanta Falcons. Needing only 182 yards coming into the game, Johnson caught 10 passes for 204 yards. Megatron, with 1,892 receiving yards on the season, needs 108 yards against the Bears to reach the 2,000 mark.
Johnson said his teammates were telling him how many yards he needed to break record as game went on.
