Former Toronto Rapters coach Dwane Casey is set to be the Detroit Pistons’ next coach:
Dwane Casey has reached an agreement on a 5-year deal to become the next coach of the Detroit Pistons, league sources tell ESPN.

Casey, who was a COY candidate last year, was fired after leading the Raptors to a franchise record 59 wins and a #1 seed in the East. He led Toronto to a playoff appearance in five consecutive seasons.
John Beilein (once a candidate before withdrawing from consideration last week) and Ime Udoka were believed to be the others in position to land the Detroit job.
