Canadian Junior C Hockey Players goal of the year candidate

Canadian Junior C hockey doesn’t usually get any publicity unless something ridiculous happens, and this would certainly be the case here.

This goal by Blenheim Blades 21-year-old forward Tyler Clarke, of the Ontario Great Lakes Junior C Hockey League, is truly magical and deserves consideration for the goal of the year.  Being able to split the defense in this scenario is nothing short of brilliant, regardless of the league he is playing in.

Unfortunately for the Blades, the Mooretown Flags (yes, they’re called the Flags) came back and scored three straight goals to end up winning 5-2.
