You’ve probably heard about the drama pertaining to Katherine Webb and Brent Musburger. Musburger went over the top with his coverage of A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend during last Monday’s National Championship game.
During Saturday’s Miss America beauty pageant, Miss South Carolina, Ali Rogers, was asked about Brent Musburger’s comments toward Katherine Webb.
“As a football fan and as someone who would like to be featured not so much on a stage but at a football game, I think he has every right to point out her beauty,” Rogers responded. “She is, in fact, gorgeous. And I think this is something we can display not only on the Miss America stage but at a football game, too.”
Although she finished runner-up, Rogers did a good job of answering this question, and like Katherine Webb, she thought it was fair what Musburger said.
