Irving-Bey, 247sports’ No. 186 and No. 5 player in the state for 2017, originally was going to announce at the U.S. Army All-American Game on January 7th. The finalists are Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, and Michigan State
If the Wolverines were to land Irving-Bey, they will have secured commitments from the top six recruits in Michigan for the class.
Cesar Ruiz, the No. 1 center in the country, is also set to announce today.
