Here’s how Michigan’s draft picked faired as recruits. The Wolverines had the 2nd most draft picks at 9 behind UGA and Alabama:

  • First-round: Mazi Smith (4-star, No. 106)
  • 2nd round: Luke Schoonmaker (3-star, No. 796)
  • 2nd round: DJ Turner (3-star, No. 455)
  • 3rd round: Jake Moody (Unranked)
  • 5th round: Mike Morris (3-star, No. 379)
  • 5th round: Olu Oluwatimi (2-star, No. 3300)
  • 6th round: Brad Robbins (2-star, No. 3914)
  • 7th round: Ryan Hayes (4-star, No. 335)
  • 7th round: Ronnie Bell (3-star No. 1473)

Elite level of development with only two of Michigan’s players being four-star recruits out of high school.
