According to reports, former New York Jets OC John Morton is a candidate for the 10th Michigan assistant job:

Morton, an Auburn Hills, Michigan native, served as a wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator in the years before the Jets at USC. The 48-year-old was fired this offseason by New York after leading NY to the 28th best offense in the league.
Jim McElwain is reportedly also a candidate for the position.
