MSU President Worried About ‘Integrity’ Of Michigan’s Sign Stealing Investigation

With Michigan and Michigan State set to square off this weekend, news hit that Michigan is being investigated for ‘stealing signs’ from other teams. The B1G, which was notified earlier this week of the investigation, apparently asked MSU if they wanted to play the game or not. The Spartans, which were first considering sitting out due to the, ‘concern for health and safety for its players’, have decided to play the game. MSU interim president Teresa Woodruff issued this statement:

MSU is, of course, right in the middle of a lawsuit with former coach Mel Tucker, who was fired for sexual assault allegations with a former contracted employee. Tucker had recently signed a 10-year, $90M contract.
