Bailey Hockman, a four-star QB, announced he was decommitting from Georgia earlier this week. Michigan, with two commits already from the Peach State (Kurt Taylor and Jeremiah Holloman) was quick to pounce on the top 65-recruit for the 2017 class. Hockman announced an offer on Tuesday:

Looks like Taylor had some influence on Hockman receiving and offer:
#Michigan has offered 2017 UGA decommit Powder Springs (GA) QB Bailey Hockman. Kurt Taylor informed me he told Harbaugh to offer Hockman.
