Four-star 2017 safety Jaylen Kelly -Powell took a visit to Ann Arbor on Tuesday with five-star teammate Donovan Peoples-Jones, and seems to have himself a clear leader. Kelly-Powell, ranked as the No. 5 player in the state and No. 188 overall, told Scout.com’s Sam Webb the visit to Michigan was a ‘perfect 10’ ($).
