Kareem Walker is scheduled to make his announcement Thursday just afternoon noon. Walker, the No. 1 RB in the country, is reportedly torn between Michigan and Florida State, according to Scout.com’s Sam Webb. The DePaul Catholic high school product tweeted this ahead of his decision:
