Four-Star DE Carlo Kemp Commits To Michigan

Four-star DE Carlo Kemp announced Sunday that he’ll be playing his college ball at Michigan. Kemp, the No. 308 player in the 2016 class, picked the Wolverines over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Boulder, Colorado native plans to be an early enrollee, according to the Denver Post.

Kemp, the nephew of Colts coach Chuck Pagano,  is the Wolverine’ 21st pledge for the 2016 class.
