Four-star tackle Erik Swenson, committed to Michigan back when Brady Hoke was still the coach. Ranked as the No. 177 player in the composite rankings, the Downers Grove, Illinois product kept his pledge with the Wolverines even through the coaching change. Following Ron Johnson’s commitment on Thursday, Swensen sent out the following message regarding the current No. 6 ranked recruiting class to Rivals.com:
