247Sports is reporting that four-star safety Lamar Jackson will take an official visit to Michigan for the Michigan State game on October 17th. Jackson, an Elk Grove, California native, is ranked as the No. 5 safety in the 2016 class.
Jackson tweeted out the following after it was reported that he’ll be visiting Michigan:
Life goals: Graduate with a great degree from a great institution, and get drafted high to play in the league

The local team, USC, is going to be tough to beat out, but getting the 6-foot-3, 205-pounder on campus would certainly give the Wolverines a shot.
