Michigan turns 7 into a lucky number, parties like it’s 2003

It has been awhile since Michigan last beat the Ohio State University. On Saturday, thanks to a five touchdown performance from Denard Robinson, Michigan snapped their seven game losing streak and took down ‘that school in Ohio,’ 40-34.

Much of the credit goes to the assistant coaches, Al Borges and Greg Mattison. After a treacherous 2010 campaign, in which the Michigan defense was ranked 107th in scoring defense, they will likely finish in the top 20 this season. Similarly, Borges kept Denard Robinson in the spread offense and let him do what he does best: run!

The seniors, who had not beaten Michigan State nor Ohio State in their careers, with their parents in attendance for senior day, beat their main rival to end their playing careers at The Big House in the perfect fashion.

Here’s OSU’s freshman cornerback Brad Roby response.  [blackbirdpie id=”140552006644400128″]
