Jordan Marshall was announced as the winner of Mr. Ohio for 2023.

Marshall, who ran for over 1500 yards and 17 TDs, had a message to 2024 recruit and top RB Marquise Davis. The Cleveland, Ohio native, who is a four-star and was in Ann Arbor this past weekend, got this message from Marshall:
