Michigan recently named a new special team’s coach in J.B. Brown who is replacing Jay Harbaugh. The Wolverines, who didn’t land a kicker in this class before today, have now signed Stuart Blake, rated as a 4.5-star kicker to Kohl’s professional camp:

We’d have to assume that Blake, a Baltimore native, will be a PWO.
The Wolverines tabbed former Huron kicker Adam Samaha in the class last year and he could vie for the starting job with James Turner graduating.
