Jim Harbaugh said at his weekly presser that the offensive line, secondary, tight end, RBs and WRs are the most improved groups:

Tyrone Wheatley Jr., Sean McKeon and Ian Buntin are expected to be the biggest TE contributors. Nolan Ulizio is expected to start at right tackle alongside Mason Cole, Ben Bredeson, Patrick Kugler and Michael Onwenu. At RB Chris Evans with Karan Higdon and Ty Isaac the main backups. Kekoa Crawford, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Tarik Black, Eddie McDoom and Grant Perry at WR. Lavert Hill, David Long and Brandon Watson at cornerback.
