Stepp, a Indianapolis, Indiana native, is ranked as the No. 11 RB and No. 244 prospect in 2018. Former Michigan OG plege Emil Ekiyor, now an Alabama commit, plays with Stepp at Cathedral High School.
With Hassan Haskins and Christian Turner already pledge at RB for the Wolverines, it seems unlikely the Wolverines will get involved again with the 6-foot, 225-pound back.
