Florida State Player Flagged For Two Penalties In One Play, Is Confused

Florida State’s Jarred Haggins was flagged for a block-in-the-back penalty twice on the same play. Once it was announced, his face was absolutely priceless. I think it’s safe to say that he was confused and didn’t agree with the calls.
