Set to make his college commitment later this week, Teddy Jarrard, a four-star top 100 recruit and the No. 2 QB in the 2027 class, is down to Notre Dame, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State it was announced.

A Georgia native, Jarrard has seen several predictions go in favor of Notre Dame, which has been on a tear on the recruiting trail and landing Jarrard will be a huge headstart for next year’s class.
