MSU’s Interim President Was Way Too Presumptuous About Spartans ‘Cutting Down The Nets’

John Engler, Michigan State’s interim President, is going to regret his comments he made about hiring a new Athletic Director until after the Spartans ‘Cut Down the nets in at the Final Four’:

“Right now, Bill (Beekman) is the interim (athletic director),” Engler told the Free Press on Saturday, “and we won’t think about anything until after we cut down the nets in San Antonio.”

Egnler is also in the news for blasting ESPN’s coverage of the MSU Athletic Department sexual assault history. As you are aware, Michigan State fell to Syracuse in the Round of 32 on Sunday in Detroit so they will not be cutting any nets down this NCAA Tournament.
