Johns, the No. 54 overall recruit and No. 1 player in Michigan, picked the Wolverines over Michigan State, Indiana, Xavier, Texas, Purdue and many others.
Johns, an East Lansing, Michigan native, stands at 6-foot-8 and 206-pounds. Johns, who could wind up playing the 3 or 5 in Ann Arbor, was at Michigan’s camp last week.
