Florida State, who took Michigan to double overtime in Puerto Rico to start the season, had a somewhat disappointing season and wound up getting a 1 seed in the NIT. However, the Seminoles are making the most of their situation and on Tuesday night, in the Semi-Final game against Minnesota, Devin Bookert hit a game-tying three to send the game to overtime.
We’re guessing Richard Pitino, the Golden Gophers’ coach, isn’t too pleased to blow a lead with his father, Rick in attendance. But hey, at least Richard’s team is still playing basketball in a tournament!
