Harbaugh Won’t Talk About Transfer Blocking, Chris Clark Situation

It was announced yesterday that UCLA was blocking the transfer of TE Chris Clark from three Big Ten schools – Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State. While it sounds like Michigan is not interested in recruiting the former five-star TE again,  Jim Harbaugh was asked about the blocking of kids during today’s radio interview with Stoney and Bill. Here was Harbaugh’s non-response:
