Bob Stoops Stepping Down As Oklahoma Head Coach

Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops is stepping down, it was announced on Wednesday:

Bob Stoops is 56 & has won 10 Big12 titles. I'm told his reasoning for stepping down now is because he's ready & he wants to "go live life."

Oklahoma offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley, who is 33 and has no head coaching experience, will replace Stoops.
