[AdSense-A]Purdue has fired head coach Darrell Hazell it was announced Sunday following the Boilermakers’ 49-35 loss to Iowa on Saturday. Hazell, who went 9-33 with Purdue, could be replaced by an Ohio State or Michigan assistant coach, USA Today’s Dan Wolken reports:
Pretty much every assistant at Ohio State and some at Michigan are likely to be candidates for Purdue, I’m told.
