In the top of the eighth inning between the Detroit Tigers and the Cleveland Indians, Miguel Cabrera continued his hot streak with a little bit of help. Cabrera hit a ball deep to the warning track, but it was going to come up short of being a home run until Indians outfielder Michael Bourn misplayed the catch. Bourn mistimed the jump and the ball hit the outside of his glove and bounced over the wall for a two-run home run. The home run gave the Tigers an 11-7 lead, which ended up being the final score of the game.
