North Carolina blackout helmet for game vs. Miami Hurricanes

The North Carolina Tar Heels are going to wear all black uniforms for their night game October 17th against the Miami Hurricanes.

Uni Watch posted this picture on their Twitter page, but Reddit user saintheels says that this is for the student section t-shirt.

Saintheels also went on to say that the helmets are light activated, meaning the logo and face mask turn Carolina Blue when the lights are on it, and stay all black when they aren’t in the light.  These are definitely one of the most unique helmets in College Football, and are very cool.  I think that the helmets would be better with the NC logo on it rather than the foot, but they still look good.
