Larry Fitzgerald on Cardinals offense: ‘I have to laugh to keep from crying’

When asked about the Arizona Cardinals offense, Larry Fitzgerald told the Arizona Republic, “I have no words, I have to laugh to keep from crying.”

While the defense has played well this year, the offense has been abysmal and it doesn’t seem like there is any improvement coming anytime soon.  Forgetting about their quarterback play, their offensive line can’t even block for him.

Fitzgerald is one of the Top 5 receivers in the league, but nobody knows about it because ever since Kurt Warner retired, the constant carousel of quarterbacks in Arizona has ruined his performance.  Sure he may have gotten a $120 Million contract last year, but you can’t help but feel bad for the guy since he is signed through 2018.

Ryan Lindley clearly is not the answer, neither is John Skelton, nor Kevin Kolb.  Unfortunately for the Cardinals, all of the quarterbacks coming out for this draft took huge hits to their stock.  This team has a rough future ahead of them.
