This is a huge blow to USC’s chances for an upset, and should have Notre Dame fan’s brimming with confidence. Â It looks as thought Notre Dame will be all but guaranteed a spot in the National Championship game now. Â Why is Barkley out, you ask? Â The hit he took at the end of their game against UCLA sprained his throwing shoulder and he was spotted wearing a sling when he left the stadium.
