Jim Harbaugh likely has his next OL coach in LA. While Harbaugh has taken several Michigan staffers with him to the Chargers (Minter, Herbert), it looks like he is getting some help from his brother with this one. Assistant Ravens OL coach Mike Devlin is believed to be taking the job in LA:
Mike Macdonald is the headliner and rightly so. But there probably will be other Ravens staff departures as well. There usually is at least a couple every offseason.
