Jim Harbaugh has been signing and taking pictures with many campers and fans in attendance for Michigan’s satellite camps this past week. While signing autographs on Saturday at the USF camp, a compliance officer informed the Michigan coach that the NCAA had just created a new rule prohibiting the act.
