Naseir Upshur Sets Announcement Date, Gets Birthday Wishes From The Harbaugh’s

Four-star TE Naseir Upshur will make his college decision – between Florida State and Michigan – on September 1st.  Jay and Jim Harbaugh celebrated Upshur’s birthday (which is today) with a birthday cake, some candles and a No. 8 (Upshur’s potential # at Michigan) made out of Diet Coke cans.
