Jim Harbaugh has already added D.J. Durkin, Tim Drevno and John Morton to the Michigan coaching staff and it appears that his staff is starting to take shape. There are rumors that Tyrone Wheatley has been added as the running backs coach, and now there are some rumors about other positions.

San Jose State offensive coordinator Jimmie Dougherty is rumored to be coming to Ann Arbor, though his position is not quite clear (I would guess QB coach). Oddly enough, his replacement is going to be Al Borges.

USC Assistant John Baxter is reportedly going to be hired for the Special Teams Coordinator position and 49ers defensive backs coach Greg Jackson has reportedly been offered a position on the staff as well.

Finally, 49ers Strength and Conditioning Coach Kevin Tolbert has reportedly been added to the staff for the same position.

There is a healthy dose of the NFL and West Coast coaches on this staff and that should do wonders for recruiting.
