Four-Star TE Naseir Upshur Set To Make Decision

Naseir Upshur is set to make his announcement any day now, the four-star TEĀ announced over Twitter:

While Michigan may still get a visit during the season, all signs point to Florida State for Upshur, the No. 4 TE in 2016, after five-star Isaac Nauta decommitted, and his recent visit to FSU.
