CJ Stokes, who was injured for most of the season but showed a bright potential as a freshman RB for the Wolverines, announced he was transferring to Charlotte:
Why not me? When you’ve grinding bit by bit piece by piece and want this as much as I do you WILL find a way, RELENTLESS. The only thing that could stand in my way is god himself.
”I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”

Several Michigan players transferred to Charlotte and Biff Poggi last season but Stokes is the first one to do so this offseason.
Stokes, a former three-star recruit out of South Carolina, has several years of eligibility left.
