In a surprising move, Ohio State guard Roddy Gayle announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal recently. Gayle, who averaged 13.5 ppg. last season, has quite a few suitors and it appears that the Wolverines are one of them. According to CBS’ Jon Rothstein, Michigan is trying to get the sophomore from Niagara Falls, NY in for a visit:
Ohio State transfer Roddy Gayle tells me that he's receiving interest from the following programs.
Georgia
Gonzaga
Michigan
Tennessee
Oregon
Creighton
Clemson
Duke
Alabama
SyracuseGayle is working on setting a visit with both Georgia and Michigan.
