Terrance Shannon Jr., one of the top transfers in college basketball, is in Ann Arbor checking out the Wolverines today. He shared a location with his Instagram followers. Shannon, a Chicago native and former wing for Texas Tech, averaged 10 ppg and his a high flyer and lefty shooter:
